Dear Vivo:
I have been remiss in writing to you to compliment you and your workers for the outstanding work on my move from Randolph to North Easton. It started when you came to my home to give an estimate on the move. It ended when your men left my Easton home after the move was completed.
I must tell you that my only prior personal experience dealt with a move from an apartment to the Randolph house some 34 years ago. However, over the years I heard stories about moving that raised the hair on my head -- frightful stories of damage, over billing, theft and deceit. But, my wife and I had this good feeling about you -- that you were different from the others and even from the movers from which we got estimates for this move.
Well, you and your workers performed as expected -- clean, friendly, caring for my property, caring to each other -- true professionals. I was amazed at the way they packed up the kitchen and the hanging goods. I was astounded at the care they showed for the furniture -- the way the goods were wrapped in cardboard, shipping pads and shrink wrapped. Overall, it was a task that was accomplished in a very timely and professional manner.
I have already recommended you to my daughter's mother-in-law and others. Please feel free to use me as a reference at any time. I know yours is a business that relies heavily on referrals and I will recommend you to anyone I know who is getting ready to move.

I wanted to say how happy my whole family is with the professional and timely service that we received from Carmel Movers. I live in Michigan and had to make my plans for my daughter's move in Boston. Ivan, you were very helpful and kind when things did not work out as originally planned and found a way to get the job done on the day we needed it to be. Without your assistance the move date for her change from one apartment to another would have been a nightmare.
I was also very impressed with the crew that moved us. They arrived earlier then scheduled and got right down to work and the move was complete in no time. My wife was at the new apartment and I was at the old and I had to call her halfway through the move to let her know how impressed I was.
You and your team made this experience the most stress-free moving experience I have ever been through.

Hi Daniel,
I got your message and tried to call you using my cell and my new phone but I'm getting a message that your number is not available. I don't know what the problem is.... Anyhow, the movers did a fantastic job and I told the driver, Walter, that his crew should give lessons to Mayflower! I think that sums it up pretty much... you delivered as you said and we very much appreciate it.
